CORE BALANCE – Strengthen your core and work on your balance through dance-based exercise and fluid movement. Nicole is an incredible dancer and knows how to move and flow with grace like no other.
MOBILITY FLOW & SELF-DEFENSE – A super fun range of exercises focusing on mobility and full body strengthening, finishing off with developing our self-defense skills. Sylvian is trained in martial arts and very knowledgeable on how to keep our bodies strong and healthy.
DEEP STRETCH & RELAX – Lights down low, calming music, deep deep stretches and your daily dose of affirmations and positivity.
CORE POWER – Bodyweight exercise, plyometrics, a full body workout with a focus on the core.
POWER HOUR – A combination of cardio, strength and plyometrics/power bodyweight exercises.
YIN YANG YOGA – FLOW & SLOW – Starting with vinyasa and slowing it down into a yin flow.
